Lana joined Big A Tech Search the spring of 2021 and has enjoyed learning about the IT Security world. As a recruiter, her interview style is relaxed and personable because she enjoys people. She likes solving the puzzle of finding the right skills and personality that matches our client’s needs.
Lana began her career as a recruiter after graduating from Oregon State and later moved into a new company in a human resource role. With 10 years of Recruiting and HR skills, Lana is an asset to our recruiting team. She has recruited in various industries including high tech, insurance, manufacturing, and healthcare.

In her free time, Lana likes spending time with family, riding her horses, and imbibing on the local wines of Oregon. Not always in that order.
