Kay Underhill has been with the company for more than a decade. This is Kay’s second career after many years as a Dental Hygienist. Having achieved licenses in three states, working as a Hygienist required many skills outside of patient care. These ranged from strong work ethic, documentation, attention to detail, organization, communication, and handling of tight schedules; all of which helped her transition into her current role. Kay has been the foundational support for the various needs of the Big A Tech Search team, from writing and posting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, sourcing, written communication, project management, and major marketing.

Kay enjoys working behind the scenes and keeping all the organizational details running smoothly.
