As the Technical Project Manager, you will act as a team lead and oversee the implementation and delivery of technology related projects, support IT management operations, product development, and adherence to IT PMO standards.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site/2 days remote in Vancouver, WA. There is no sponsorship or C2C available.

What to expect:

  • Partner with project stakeholders to define the project scope and deliverables.
  • Work with teams to estimate project actions and provide detailed schedules.
  • Provide requirement analysis, define needs, create business case and expense analysis.
  • Organize project tasks like scheduling meetings, coordinating assignments, analysis assistance, and application of quality assurance standards.
  • Describe program and project resource requirements and work with the Management Team to obtain the resources, such as contractors, team members, and technology.
  • Supervise the Project Review process, deliver status and updates.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure proactive planning, smooth deployment, and continuous support for their applications.
  • Perform risk assessment activities across secondary projects, including risk identification, mitigation, status, and adjustment recommendations that balance strategic needs and actions.  
  • Support the collaboration between Business and IT teams, and partners on related work efforts.

What you will need:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT related Project Management.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Change Management techniques to implement strategic process improvements.
  • ITIL Process.
  • Release Management in Agile.
  • IT discipline Domain experience.
  • Understanding of infrastructure concepts.
  • Have the skills to develop and maintain plans and processes for functions and initiatives that support infrastructure delivery and operations.
  • Ability to work on projects that involve software engineering.
  • Substantial Vendor Relations Management expertise.
  • Excell at planning and coordinating complex, repeatable applications.
  • Strong leadership and motivational traits.
