This is an on-site position in Lake Forest, CA. There is no sponsorship or C2C available.
Pay range is $100,000 to $140,000 and great benefits.
Your Role:
- Design & Innovate: Develop and optimize thermal components, interfaces, and systems for efficiency and performance.
- Test & Validate: Evaluate prototypes, ensuring compliance with specifications and superior functionality.
- Collaborate: Work across teams to integrate thermal solutions seamlessly into cutting-edge products.
- Support: Provide expert technical assistance to clients and resolve real-world challenges.
- Optimize: Identify opportunities to improve designs, reduce costs, and push boundaries in thermal engineering.
What You Bring:
- Expertise: 5+ years in thermal design for high-tech environments, with proficiency in tools like SolidWorks and Ansys Icepak.
- Technical Mastery: Experience with conduction/convection systems, heat exchangers, cryogenics, and active thermal control.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset to tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and support end-to-end product lifecycles.
