Job Summary:

The AI Innovation Project Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technological capabilities and operational needs by spearheading the adoption of AI tools and resources. This individual will stay up to date on advancements in AI and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative pilot projects that lead to companywide adoption, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities:

AI Technology Scouting:

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, automation, and related technologies.
  • Evaluate and identify AI tools and resources that can enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic goals for various stakeholders.
  • Meet with current and perspective technology vendors to identify AI adoption opportunities.

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of AI projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and integration of AI technologies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and apprehensions regarding AI adoption.
  • Communicate the benefits, risks, and progress of AI projects to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.

AI Adoption and Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
  • Work with vendors to provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new AI-powered processes and tools.
  • Develop measurable metrics to gauge AI adoption and usage.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning to keep the organization at the forefront of AI adoption.
  • Collect feedback and analyze the performance of AI projects to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to AI adoption, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, industry peers, and professional organizations to stay updated on AI trends and best practices.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all AI projects adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption, ensuring data privacy and security.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI/technology adoption projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.

  • Engage in industry networks and forums to stay updated with the latest best practices in AI adoption.
  • Open to travel for training and learning opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology and Security.

Pay Range: $102,197 to $158,407 – plus benefits
