As the InfoSec Manager, you will have broad responsibilities. These include that you coordinate, manage, and provide direction to maintain the high-quality performance level of our technologies, such as systems, hardware, software, network, information security, project management, and customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Las Vegas, NV area. You must currently live in the U.S. There is no C2C or sponsorship available. You will need to be open to a background check and pre-employment drug testing. Comparable pay and extensive benefits.

What to expect:

  • Provide management oversight and ensure the overall effectiveness of assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Produce and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards.
  • Oversee and provide first level support for multiple departments, ensuring operating systems are current and ideal to meet their needs.
  • Evaluate data to determine departmental budgets, equipment requirements, purchases, installations, and training of personnel.
  • Manage IT business application projects, setting priorities and timelines, quality assurance, security essentials.
  • Lead and mentor cybersecurity teams, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Supervise the day-to-day security operations.
  • Ensure compliance of cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation, records, and files.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Occasional need to attend off-site meetings and visit various work sites.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred, not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating system design and development, acquisition, database development or similar IT in a large, multi-processing environment.
  • 2 years of supervisory/lead experience.
  • Equivalent education and/or work experience may be considered.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent security certifications.
  • Knowledgeable of administrative principles and practices.
  • Solid skills in Tech Support, Project Management, Application Support, IT Security
